DAY 1: KEDARNATH & BADRINATH HELICOPTER DARSHAN

Early Morning Departure – Sahastradhara Helipad

Sahastradhara to Sersi
The helicopter departs around 5:30 AM and lands at Sersi by 6:00 AM. Passengers switch helicopters here as per government regulations. Our team assists with transfers for a hassle-free transition.

Sersi to Kedarnath
From Sersi, the shuttle helicopter takes you to Kedarnath, arriving around 10:30–11:00 AM. The helipad is approximately 400 meters from the temple. Devotees enjoy a guided VIP darshan experience, typically lasting up to two hours.

Kedarnath to Badrinath via Guptkashi
After completing darshan at Kedarnath, you fly back to Sersi/Guptkashi for a connecting helicopter to Badrinath. Detailed Itinerary
DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN DEHRADUN
Begin your spiritual journey in Dehradun, the gateway to the Char Dham Yatra by helicopter. Upon arrival at Dehradun airport or railway station, our representative will welcome you and assist with a transfer to your hotel.

Complete the check-in formalities and relax. You will receive a duffle bag for your essentials during the journey—maximum weight allowed is 5 kg. Contact details of personnel at each Dham will also be provided.

It is recommended to reach Dehradun by 2 PM to ensure ample time to rest and prepare for the next day’s helicopter journey.

DAY 2: DEHRADUN TO YAMUNOTRI
Check out from your hotel at 7:30 AM and proceed to Sahastradhara Helipad. Board your helicopter at 8:30 AM for Kharsali. Reach Kharsali Helipad by 9:00 AM, where you will be escorted to your hotel.

After breakfast, embark on the Yamunotri Darshan. You may choose to travel by palki (palanquin) or pony—the trek takes approximately 5.5 hours for a round trip. Visit the sacred Yamunotri Temple, source of the Yamuna River, and relax in the rejuvenating hot springs nearby.

After darshan, explore Kharsali, including Yamuna Mata Temple, Shani Temple, and other local devotional sites.

DAY 3: YAMUNOTRI TO GANGOTRI

After checking out at 8:00 AM, board the helicopter to Harsil via Kharsali heli-base, reaching by 9:30 AM. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy breakfast.

Travel to Gangotri Dham for darshan, approximately a 25 km drive (~1 hour). Post-visit, explore Harsil’s attractions such as Bagodi Village, Mukhwa Village, a scenic nature walk near Jhalla, or take a short trek to Chholmi Village. You may also visit the local Shiv Temple.

Return to your hotel for dinner and stay in this hotel. today overnight stay in Harsil.

DAY 4: GANGOTRI TO KEDARNATH
Check out at 8:30 AM and depart from Harsil at 9:30 AM for Sersi, reaching by 10:00 AM. After hotel check-in, freshen up and enjoy breakfast before boarding a shuttle flight to Kedarnath.

Seek blessings at Kedarnath Temple, then return to Sersi helipad. Visit nearby attractions including Triyugi Narayan Temple, Kalimath Mandir, Gaurikund, and Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Guptkashi.

Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Sersi.

DAY 5: KEDARNATH TO BADRINATH

Start early with breakfast at 6:00 AM and check out for your helicopter ride to Badrinath. Depart Sersi at 6:30 AM, arriving in Badrinath by 7:00 AM.

Proceed to Badrinath Temple for darshan. Explore nearby highlights, including natural hot springs, Mana Village, and local markets. In the evening, participate in Swarna Aarti or Chandi Aarti (additional payment applicable).

DAY 6: BADRINATH DEPARTURE AND JOURNEY HOME
To participate in the sacred Maha Abhishek Puja, plan to reach Badrinath Temple by 3:30 AM, as the ceremony begins at 4:30 AM. After experiencing this spiritually uplifting ritual, return to your hotel and complete check-out formalities by 6:30 AM.

Helicopter Tour Guidelines

  • Fixed Departure Timings: All helicopter flights operate on fixed schedules. Passengers must report on time, otherwise they will be considered NO-SHOW.
  • Weight Limit: Maximum helicopter load is 450 kg (excluding baggage). Passenger weights must be provided at booking.
  • Overweight Charges: INR 3,000 per kg applies for passengers above 75 kg. Group total weight exceeding permissible limits will be charged accordingly.
  • Incorrect Weight Penalty: A penalty of INR 20,000 plus overweight charges applies for discrepancies in declared weight. Passengers should account for clothing and shoes when declaring weight.

Baggage Allowance:

  • One duffle bag per passenger, maximum 5 kg.
  • Suitcases or large bags are not permitted.
  • Excess baggage incurs INR 500 per kg or may not be transported.
  • Baggage weight will be monitored at all helipads; helicopters may shuffle passengers to maintain safe load balance.

Arrival and Tour Details

  • Passengers should arrive in Dehradun one day before the tour departure. The complimentary night makes the tour a 5-night/6-day package.

Bad Weather & Force Majeure Disclaimer

  • Flights may be affected by weather, air traffic delays, VVIP movements, technical issues, or late reporting.
  • Hotels and rooms are subject to change; rooms are typically double or triple sharing. Single occupancy is extra @ INR 48,000 per person (tax inclusive).
  • We recommend keeping an additional day in the itinerary to accommodate possible delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Additional Services

Passengers can confirm extra services, such as Maha Abhishek Puja, Rudra Abhishek Puja, or other optional rituals, at the time of booking. Payment for these services is collected on-site in Dehradun, as advance arrangements are required for conducting the Puja.

  • Airport Transfers: Provided only on the day of arrival in Dehradun and on the final day (Day 6) of the tour.
  • Personal Expenses: Donations, tips, pitthu, palki/pony rides, and porter charges are the responsibility of the passenger.

  • Weather & Health Advisory: Temples in the Chardham region are at high altitudes. Passengers should carry suitable medications, warm clothing, and prepare for potentially low evening and night temperatures.

Medical Emergencies

The company is not responsible for medical emergencies during the tour. Passengers are strongly advised to consult a doctor and undergo a medical check-up prior to the yatra, especially if they have pre-existing health conditions.

Carriage by Air Act, 1972

All air travel is governed by the Carriage by Air Act, 1972. Liability for passenger injury, death, or baggage damage follows the rules and regulations outlined under this act, including Sections 4, 5, 6, and the Second Schedule, along with subsequent modifications notified by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India.

The company reserves the right to refuse services to passengers who are unruly, intoxicated, mentally unfit, or considered unsafe to travel. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

 Heli-Tour Restrictions: Heli-tours are not available for:

Rescheduling Policy

Bookings can be rescheduled to another date subject to availability and a 15% rescheduling fee, provided the request is made at least 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival. Requests made less than 35 days before the tour will be treated as cancellations, and a new booking will be subject to availability and applicable cancellation charges.

Payment Terms

  • Advance Booking: 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
  • Balance Payment: Due 45 days before arrival in Dehradun.
  • Boarding or tour commencement is not allowed without full payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation charges are as follows:
  • More than 35 days before travel: 35% of total tour cost
  • 15–35 days before travel: 70% of total tour cost
  • 8–14 days before travel: 85% of total tour cost
  • 7 days or fewer, no-show, or after tour commencement: No refund

Force Majeure & Bad Weather Refunds

  • Refunds for unvisited Dhams due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances:
  • Kharsali/Yamunotri: 20% of tour cost minus INR 14,000 (flight & service charges)
  • Jhalla/Gangotri: 25% of tour cost minus INR 14,000
  • Sersi/Kedarnath: 30% of tour cost minus INR 14,000
  • Badrinath: 30% of tour cost minus INR 14,000
  • Full Tour Cancellation: Full refund minus INR 14,000 for flight preparation, hotel retention, and services used
  • Additional services at any Dham will be deducted from the refundable amount. Refunds will not be issued if the government cancels the Yatra or declares a state/national emergency. In such cases, passengers will receive a credit voucher valid for one year, usable for any helicopter tour or charter service by the passenger or their friends/relatives.

Bad Weather & Force Majeure Policy

In the event of flight delays or cancellations caused by adverse weather, technical issues, or other force majeure events beyond our control, we cannot be held liable for any inconvenience. Refunds will be provided strictly as per our refund policy. Please note that additional expenses such as accommodation, transportation, meals, or other travel-related costs will not be reimbursed.

 Key Guidelines:

  • If the tour cannot depart from Dehradun on Day One due to weather or other uncontrollable factors, the tour will be considered canceled, and a full refund will be issued according to our policies.
  • Passengers wishing to reschedule may make a fresh booking for the next available date. Unused payments from the previous booking can be applied to the new booking, while any additional costs will be borne by the passengers.
  • If the tour departs as scheduled but is disrupted mid-journey, our team will propose a revised itinerary within the originally planned tour days. Any extension beyond the package will be charged extra and depends on operational feasibility.
  • If flights are suspended for five consecutive days, passengers will receive a full refund.
  • Priority for departures from Dehradun will be given to passengers scheduled for the current travel date over any backlog from previous days.
  • Extra overnight stays due to weather or other force majeure events will be the responsibility of the passengers.
  • Helicopter flights to Harsil or Jhalla may be canceled after 12:00 PM due to strong winds.
  • In emergency situations requiring ferry flights, the cost will be charged to the group at INR 135,000 per hour plus applicable GST.
  • Groups choosing to cancel mid-tour will be provided transportation, but the expenses will be borne by the passengers.

Kedarnath Bad Weather Advisory

  • Helicopter operations at Kedarnath are frequently affected by bad weather. Passengers may get stranded and may need to stay overnight at Kedarnath Top.
  • When necessary, we will attempt to secure rooms in local guest houses on an ad-hoc basis. Passengers must bear the accommodation charges directly. Refunds for pre-booked accommodation at Sersi will not be available under these circumstances.
  • Guest houses at Kedarnath Top are basic, often lacking standard facilities such as hot water, clean beds, and proper hygiene. Prices may be high relative to the quality of services due to high demand.
  • Any increase in government levies or taxes after booking confirmation will be payable by the passengers before the tour begins.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes regarding the legality, interpretation, or application of our services and terms will be governed by the laws of Delhi jurisdiction.

DAY 1: DELHI TO HARIDWAR BY ROAD (236 KM)
On arrival at Delhi Airport or Delhi Railway Station, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred by road to Haridwar. Depending on your arrival time, you may explore local attractions such as Mansa Devi Temple, Chandi Devi Temple, Daksha Mahadev Temple, and other nearby shrines. In the evening, experience the iconic Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri, where you can witness the mesmerizing sight of floating diyas on the river.

DAY 2: HARIDWAR TO BARKOT BY ROAD (210 KM)
Start your day by traveling to Barkot, passing through the scenic town of Mussoorie. Along the way, make stops at Mussoorie Lake and Kempty Falls. It’s recommended to have lunch near Kempty Falls, as dining choices become limited further along the route. After sightseeing, continue your journey to Barkot and check into your hotel for the night.

Note: Extra charges will apply for pickups from Dehradun Railway Station or any hotel in Dehradun, if required. Overnight stay will be in Barkot.

DAY 3: BARKOT TO YAMUNOTRI TO BARKOT (36 KM DRIVE + 6 KM TREK ONE WAY)
Drive to Janki Chatti or Phool Chatti and start the 6 km trek to Yamunotri. You can choose to trek on foot or hire a pony/doli at your own expense. Upon reaching Yamunotri, take a sacred dip in the warm waters of Jamunabai Kund, followed by a visit to offer prayers at Yamunaji (puja can also be performed near the Divya Shila). After darshan we start trek back to Janki Chatti, after some relax and return to Barkot by vehicle.

DAY 4: BARKOT TO UTTARKASHI (90 KM)
After breakfast, drive towards Uttarkashi, stopping along the way to explore Shivgufa. Once in Uttarkashi, visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, a prominent shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva, and also see the nearby Shakti Temple, notable for its impressive trident. Later we will check in to your hotel and unwind. Enjoy dinner in the evening and spend a restful night at the hotel.

DAY 5: DRIVE FROM UTTARKASHI TO GANGOTRI TO UTTARKASHI (100 KM EACH WAY)
Start the day with breakfast and set out for Gangotri, with a stop at Gangnani to take a holy dip in the natural hot springs of Garam Kund. Continue the drive through the scenic Harsil Valley and reach Gangotri. Here, you can take a sacred bath in the Bhagirathi River at its source and participate in puja and darshan. After enjoying the peaceful surroundings, return to Uttarkashi for an overnight stay.

DAY 6: UTTARKASHI TO GUPTKASHI (220 KM)
After breakfast, leave Uttarkashi and drive towards Guptkashi, passing through Moolgarh and Lambgaon, with scenic stretches along the Mandakini River. Stop briefly at Tilwara to admire the river’s flow before continuing your journey. Upon reaching Guptkashi, check in to your hotel and visit the Ardhanarishwar Temple for evening prayers. Enjoy dinner at Hotel and spend the night in Guptkashi hotel.

DAY 7: GUPTKASHI TO SONPRAYAG TO KEDARNATH (30 KM BY ROAD + 19 KM TREK)
Begin your journey early and head towards Sonprayag. Complete all required biometric procedures before starting the trek. You can hire ponies or palkis directly by paying on-site. Make sure to carry necessary medications, warm clothing, and personal toiletries for the overnight stay. Upon arrival, visit the Kedarnath Temple—puja bookings can be made online or at the temple counter, depending on availability. DAY 8: KEDARNATH TO SONPRAYAG TO GUPTKASHI (19 KM DOWN TREK + 30 KM DRIVE/1 HOUR)
Rise early, around 4:00 AM, and head to the temple to participate in the Abhishek pooja and morning darshan, a serene and spiritual experience in the quiet of dawn. After completing the darshan, enjoy breakfast before starting your descent to Sonprayag. From there, meet your driver and continue the journey back to Guptkashi.

DAY 9: GUPTKASHI TO BADRINATH (215 KM)
After breakfast, set out for Badrinath, traveling through the scenic Chopta Valley and passing Nandprayag and Vishnuprayag along the way. Upon reaching Badrinath, check in to your hotel and unwind. If time allows, you can attend the evening aarti at Badrivishal Temple. End the day with dinner and an overnight stay in Badrinath.

DAY 10: BADRINATH TO JOSHIMATH TO RUDRAPRAYAG (160 KM)
Start the day with a holy dip at Tapt Kund, followed by a visit to Badrivishal Temple for darshan. Explore Brahma Kapal and enjoy sightseeing in and around Badrinath, including Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Charanpaduka, Bhim Pul, Bhimkund, and the Saraswati “Mukh,” as time permits. Later, drive to Rudraprayag via Joshimath, stopping to see Narsingh Temple along the route. Conclude the day with an overnight stay in Rudraprayag.

DAY 11: RUDRAPRAYAG TO DHARIDEVI TO DEVPRAYAG TO RISHIKESH (140 KM)
After breakfast, begin the journey to Rishikesh, stopping at Dharidevi Temple along the way. Visit Devprayag to see the sacred confluence where the River Ganga is formed and explore Raghunath Temple. DAY 1: HARIDWAR TO BARKOT (210 KM) | HEIGHT: 1352 M
Your Chardham Yatra begins upon arrival at Haridwar. Meet our representative and proceed towards Barkot via Mussoorie.

En route, stop at the scenic Kempty Falls, a perfect place to relax and enjoy lunch before continuing the journey.

On arrival in Barkot, check in at the hotel and unwind. Surrounded by lush greenery and views of the Bandarpoonch peaks, this peaceful town is an ideal base for the Yamunotri visit. The pleasant weather and apple orchards add to its charm.

DAY 2: BARKOT TO YAMUNOTRI TO BARKOT (41 KM BY ROAD & 6 KM TREK ONE SIDE) | HEIGHT: 3291 M
Early morning start from your hotel to Jankichatti/Phoolchatti by drive, this starting point for the trek to Yamunotri.

Begin the 6 km trek on foot or opt for a pony/palki (at your own cost). The trail passes through scenic valleys, dense forests, and Himalayan landscapes.

Upon reaching, visit the sacred Yamunotri Temple, dedicated to Goddess Yamuna. Before darshan, take part in rituals at Surya Kund, where pilgrims prepare prasad in the hot spring. Also, pay respects at Divya Shila and take a dip in the warm waters of Jamunabai Kund.

After darshan we return to Jankichatti by trek and drive to Barkot with your driver.

DAY 3: BARKOT TO UTTARKASHI (90 KM) | HEIGHT: 1352 M
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Uttarkashi, a serene town located along the banks of the Ganga.

Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. Later, visit the ancient Kashi Vishwanath Temple and nearby Shakti Temple, known for its massive trident.

The town is often compared to Varanasi due to its spiritual importance and similar setting along a sacred river.

DAY 4: UTTARKASHI TO GANGOTRI TO UTTARKASHI (100 KM EACH WAY) | HEIGHT: 3048 M

Early morning, drive towards Gangotri.

On the way we will stop at Gangnani Hot Springs for a refreshing dip. Continue through the picturesque Harsil Valley, known for its natural beauty and deodar forests.

On reaching Gangotri, take a holy dip in the Bhagirathi River and visit the sacred Gangotri Temple.

After darshan and puja, return to Uttarkashi.

After breakfast, begin your journey to Guptkashi.
Drive along the Mandakini River, enjoying scenic views along the route. Guptkashi holds mythological importance as the place where Lord Shiva is believed to have hidden from the Pandavas.

On arrival at Guptakash and check in at your gupkashi hotel and relax. In the evening, visit Ardhanarishwar Temple.

DAY 6: GUPTKASHI TO KEDARNATH (30 KM DRIVE + 19 KM TREK)

Before proceeding further in the journey, you will undergo a basic medical check-up as a precaution for high-altitude travel. The remaining day is free for rest and light exploration.

Guptkashi serves as an important halt for pilgrims visiting Kedarnath. You may visit the ancient Vishwanath Temple and Ardhanarishwar Temple, or enjoy a peaceful walk amidst the scenic surroundings with views of the Chaukhamba peaks.
Dinner and overnight stay in Guptkashi.

DAY 2: GUPTKASHI TO KEDARNATH (30 KM DRIVE + 20 KM TREK)
After an early breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Sonprayag, which is the starting point for the Kedarnath trek.

From here, begin your trek towards Kedarnath. For convenience, you may opt for a pony or palki (at additional cost). The route follows the beautiful Mandakini River, and the atmosphere is filled with devotional chants of “Har Har Mahadev”.

Upon arrival, check in at camps or lodges near the temple.

DAY 3: KEDARNATH TEMPLE TO GUPTKASHI (20 KM TREK + 30 KM DRIVE)

Before entering the temple, you may take a holy dip at Tapt Kund, a natural hot water spring believed to have spiritual significance.

DAY 5: BADRINATH TO RUDRAPRAYAG (165 KM)
Early morning, visit Badrinath Temple for darshan. After returning to the hotel for breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing. Visit Mana Village, the last inhabited village at India’s edge with the Indo-Tibetan border. Explore Vyas Gufa and Ganesh Gufa, associated with ancient scriptures, along with Mata Murti Temple.

Later, drive towards Rudraprayag. En route, stop at Karnaprayag, the confluence of Alaknanda and Pindar rivers. Upon arrival in Rudraprayag, check in at the hotel and relax. You may spend time by the riverside in the evening.
