DAY 1: ARRIVE LUCKNOW AND CITYT TOUR
Arrive at Lucknow Airport or Railway Station, where you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel. Later, embark on a sightseeing tour of Lucknow, the vibrant capital of Uttar Pradesh. After breakfast, drive to Naimisharanya, a revered Hindu pilgrimage site. DAY 1: ARRIVAL AT DELHI

DAY 2: DELHI TO DHARAMSHALA BY FLIGHT
Breakfast. In the morning transfer to the airport for your flight to Dharamshala. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel. Dharamshala better is known as the home of the Dalai Lama and the seat of the Tibetan government in exile. Crespo, fresh pine air, the magnificent view of the Dhauladhar Mountains, a delicious selection of cuisines, stories, colors, and spiritual immersion make Dharamshala an attractive destination. Wonder the splendid warmth and picturesque, quiet area of cities and towns in the Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh. In the afternoon we registered for the teachings of the Dalai Lama.

DAY 3: DHARAMSHALA – VISIT DALAI LAMA TEMPLE
Breakfast. In the morning free to attend the speech of His Holiness Dalai Lama (Subject to availablity).
In the afternoon, we will leave the road to the village of Naddi, where we will take a beautiful walk through the forest from Naddi to Dharamkot. From Naddi village we have beautiful views of the peaks of the Dhauladhar mountain range. Along the way, we find a Buddhist stupa and some meditation cabins in the middle of the forest where Tibetan monks are living to do meditation and Tatar practices.

DAY 4: DHARAMSHALA – EXPLORE MC LEOD GUNJ
Breakfast. In the morning visit Mc Leod Gunj visiting Norbulingka, an Institute for the preservation of traditional Tibetan arts and crafts. You can see the Dalai Lama Temple or Tsuglakhang, the main Buddhist temple, located in front of the residence of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Enjoy magnificent views of the surrounding landscapes from the richly ornate roof of the temple. Ten minutes of walking down McLeod Ganj takes you to the Church of St. John in the desert, surrounded by cedars of the Himalayas. It is a neo-Gothic stone construction, with its original Belgian stained glass windows intact despite a strong earthquake in 1905 that destroyed the rest of the city.

DAY 5: DHARAMSHALA TO AMRITSAR BY ROAD (207 KM)
Breakfast, In the morning departure by road to Amritsar (Approx. 207kms, 6 hours).
Arrived at Amritsar and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon visit the “Beating the Retreat” ceremony in Wagah, a military post on the border between India and Pakistan – between Amritsar and Lahore, an elaborate complex of buildings, roads, and barriers on both sides. The soldiers of both countries march in perfect drill, going through the stages of putting down their respective national flags. At night visit the Golden Temple to see the prayer ceremonies.

DAY 6: AMRITSAR TO HARIDWAR BY TRAIN & RISHIKESH BY ROAD (35 KM)
Breakfast. In the morning transfer to the Amritsar train station for your train to Haridwar.

Departure: Amritsar at 0650 hours with Janshatabdi (train)
Arrival: Haridwar at 1410 hours

Early in the morning, Yoga/meditation class followed by relaxation of body and mind, Breakfast. Then visit the Temples, Ashrams, and Ghats (the bathing steps) in Rishikesh. In the afternoon see the ceremony ‘Aarti’ (prayer) in the afternoon in the ghats of Ganges River.

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN DELHI
Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be welcomed by our local representative and transferred to your hotel.

DAY 2: DELHI CITY TOUR
After breakfast, visit the old town of Delhi. Explore the Red Fort on the western bank of the Yamuna River, built of red stone. The Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan, started building this massive fortress in 1638 after moving the capital from Agra to Delhi. Later, visit the Raj Ghat, the Place where the father of the Nationa Mahatma Gandhi was cremated in the year of 1948. Afterward, we will visit New Delhi to visit the Qutub Minar, one of the most beautiful buildings in Islam that were ever built in India. Then visit the Humayun Tomb, the first garden-tomb on the Indian subcontinent, which was also the inspiration for several monuments including the Taj Mahal, rounds off this beautiful day.

DAY 3: DELHI TO HARIDWAR BY TRAIN AND RISHIKESH BY ROAD (35 KM)

Pickup from your hotel and transfer to the Delhi train station for your train journey to the Holy city of Haridwar, train will depart from New Delhi at 6:50 a.m. and arrival in Haridwar at 11:25 a.m. Upon arrival, you will be picked up at the train station and taken to the Hotel.

Rishikesh, located at the foot of the Himalayas, is a famous pilgrimage town. The Ganges flows through Rishikesh, which not only impresses with its mythological significance as a holy river but also with clear water and scenic beauty. There are a variety of temples and ashrams in Rishikesh, both historical and more recent. The city annually attracts thousands of pilgrims and tourists from both India and Western countries. It is home to a number of yoga centers, some of which have a long tradition. Rishikesh, therefore, has a reputation for being the “yoga capital” of the world. Hindus believe that meditation in Rishikesh, like bathing in the holy river Ganges, leads closer to salvation (moksha).

Later you go on a hike with the guide to get to know the lifestyle of the local people. In the evening, the first short session with your yoga teacher takes place to exchange information about your practice level and your expectations. After dinner, you have the opportunity to experience a short documentary/presentation about India.

DAY 4: RISHIKESH – YOGA CAPITAL OF THE WORLD
The day begins with a yoga session at 6:30 a.m. Afterwards, you can have an extensive breakfast from 9:00 a.m. and go to a relaxing yoga session from 1130 a.m. evening you can experience the art ceremony at Parmarth Niketan. You will return to the Hotel for dinner.

DAY 5: RISHIKESH – YOGA CAPITAL OF THE WORLD

Today also begins with an early yoga session at 7:30 a.m. After the first effort of the day, you have the opportunity to have breakfast from 9:00 a.m. At 11:00 a.m., the meditation session continues. After lunch, you will visit an ashram in the afternoon. Classically, people of earlier times learned yoga in an ashram. They stayed in the ashram for a while, learning and practicing yoga. When they then returned to a “normal” life, they had a good basis for their everyday practice. In the evening you will be transferred back to your hotel, where an evening spa session is already waiting for you. At the end of the day, have dinner at the hotel.

DAY 6: EXCURSIÓN TO HARIDWAR FROM RISHIKESH
Like every morning, your day begins with the early yoga session at 7:30 a.m. You can have breakfast from 9:00 a.m. As a special form of meditation, you will later take a hike through the Ganges.Ca. At 11:30 am you will be picked up from the Hotel and Drive to Haridwar

Haridwar is also known as the gateway to God and is one of the most sacred Hindu sites in India. The town of Haridwar attracts a large number of Hindu pilgrims and tourists from around the world.

In Haridwar visit the Sriram Ashram. The ashram, founded in 1984, was founded by Baba Hari Dass, a Mauni Sadhu, (silent monk) who put his life at the service of mankind. This Ashram is funded by the Anath Shishu Palan Trust of India in collaboration with the Sri Ram Foundation in America. The Sri Ram Orphanage strives to provide a loving and supportive home for abandoned or neglected children in India. The Sri Ram Vidya Mandir is a state-recognized school that educates children. There is a kindergarten that is available to both the children from the orphanage and the children from the surrounding villages. In the evening there is a trip to the Ganges followed by an Aarti ceremony. Evening back to Rishikesh Hotel

DAY 7: RISHIKESH – YOGA CAPITAL OF THE WORLD
You spend the morning with yoga, meditation, and a spa session. After lunch in the afternoon, you will pick up from the hotel and drive to the elephant orphanage near the Raja Ji National Park. They walk to the Ganges. Enjoy Lunch takes place today in the form of a picnic and also includes treats for the elephants. Your hike ends at the Van – Gujjar community. Traditional tea is served from one of the houses and you have the opportunity to exchange ideas or interact with the local people.

DAY 8: RISHIKESH – YOGA CAPITAL OF THE WORLD
Days are free for your own yoga practice or other activities.

DAY 9: RISHIEKSH TO DEHRADUN BY ROAD (25 KM) AND FLY TO DELHI
The morning is free for personal activity. Around the afternoon the transfer to Dehradun airport for your flight back to Delhi, Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be picked up by our local representative and taken to the Hotel near to Delhi Aerocity Area.

DAY 10: DELHI DEPARTURE
