Detailed Itinerary
DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN DELHI
Arrive at Delhi International Airport where you will be welcomed by your English-speaking representative. After the meet and greet service, you will be escorted to your hotel for check-in and overnight stay.
DAY 2: DELHI SIGHTSEEING EXPLORE DELHI
Today enjoy a full-day exploration of Old and New Delhi. Begin in Old Delhi with a drive past the historic Red Fort before walking through the lively lanes of Chandni Chowk, one of the oldest markets in the city. Continue to the impressive Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India.
Later visit Laxminarayan Temple, Delhi, also known as Birla Temple, which was inaugurated by Mahatma Gandhi in 1938. In the heart of New Delhi, take a short break for pictures at India Gate, the iconic war memorial dedicated to fallen Indian soldiers. Drive past the important government buildings including Parliament House, New Delhi and Rashtrapati Bhavan.
DAY 3: DELHI TO AGRA BY ROAD (210 KM)
After breakfast, depart by road for Agra, a journey of about four hours. On the way, stop at Akbar’s Tomb, Sikandra, the impressive mausoleum of the Mughal Emperor Akbar built with sandstone and marble. Continue drive to Agra and check in at your booked hotel.
DAY 4: AGRA SIGHTSEEEING
Rise early to witness the breathtaking sunrise at the famous Taj Mahal, one of the most admired monuments in the world. Later visit a local marble inlay workshop where skilled artisans demonstrate the traditional techniques used in decorating marble surfaces.
Afterward explore the grand Agra Fort, a massive Mughal fortress located on the banks of the Yamuna River.
DAY 5: AGRA TO JAIPUR VIA FATEHPUR SIKRI (250 KM)
After breakfast, drive to Jaipur. En route, visit the historic Mughal city of Fatehpur Sikri, once the imperial capital of Emperor Akbar. Continue your journey to Jaipur, the vibrant capital of Rajasthan, and check in at your hotel upon arrival.
DAY 6: JAIPUR SIGHTSEEING EXPLORE PINK CITY
Start the morning with a brief photo opportunity at Hawa Mahal, Jaipur’s distinctive Palace of Winds admired for its ornate façade. Afterwards, travel to the impressive hilltop fortress Amber Fort. From the foot of the hill, a jeep will carry you up to the main gate. Inside the fort, explore notable sections including Sheesh Mahal, Amber Fort, famed for its intricate mirror work, and Jag Mandir, Amber Fort.
Later continue your city tour with a visit to the regal City Palace, Jaipur, once the residence of the Maharaja, followed by the remarkable astronomical complex Jantar Mantar, Jaipur. Before heading back to the hotel, spend some time wandering through the vibrant bazaars within the historic walled city of Jaipur.
DAY 7: JAIPUR TO MANDAWA BY ROAD (175 KM)
After breakfast, drive to Mandawa in the Shekhawati region of Rajasthan. In the afternoon, explore the historic havelis of Mandawa, built by wealthy merchant families. These mansions are renowned for their beautifully painted frescoes depicting scenes from mythology, history, and everyday life.
DAY 8: MANDAWA TO DELHI BY ROAD (265 KM) AND DEPARTURE
